2-Step-Simplicity™! We believe there is no easier way in the world to start and join an online session. After you register for a free trial or buy a license, download and install the Beam2Present software. All this is done in less than 2 minutes. Then start your first session:
Quick reference for presenters: How to start a session.
1. Click the  icon in your system tray in the lower right corner of your computer screen next to your computer's clock and choose Start Session.
2. You will get a random 9-digit Session ID from the server a few seconds later.
Quick reference for participants: How to join a session.
1. Ask your guest to go to www.Beam2Present.com and click Join Session.
2. Your guest enters the 9-digit Session ID and his/her name. The connection is established and you beam your screen!
