First, register for a free trial, download and install the Beam2Present software, and enter your user name and password.
Click on the 
icon in your system tray in the lower right corner of your screen and select Start Session to get a random 9-digit Session ID from the server.
Your guests click on Join Session, enter the Session ID and their name. Guests connect and see your computer screen live over the Internet!
