With our inexpensive leasing contracts, you can host an unlimited number of Beam2Present sessions for any duration of time for just one low flat fee. Your guests always connect for free.
Before you purchase Beam2Present, you should select a product version and a license type and determine the optimal number of licenses. The following explanations will help you with your decision:
Product Versions
We offer four different product versions:
(1:10),
(1:50),
(1:100) and
(1:200).
The product versions differ in the maximum number of participants per session. With the (1:10) version you can invite up to ten people to join your session, whereas with the (1:200) version you can invite up to 200 participants to join your session. Both product versions include the same set of features.
License Types
We offer two different license types: Single User License and Shared User License.
The
Single User License is appropriate when one named user will use the license to start Beam2Present sessions. With a Single User License, you can install the Beam2Present software on one desktop and one notebook computer. If you are looking for a solution where multiple people in your company are able to start sessions, then you will either need several individual Single User Licenses or a Shared User License.
With a
Shared User License you can install Beam2Present on up to 10 computers within your company and several users can use the Beam2Present software, but only one session at a time. If you want to start several sessions at the same time, you need additional shared-user-licenses.

Prices are per month. We offer a few possibilities for the length of your leasing contract: 6-month, 1-year and 2-year. Discounts available when you select a 1-year or 2-year contract: there is a 10% discount when you choose a 1-year contract, and a 25% discount off a 2-year contract. There is a setup fee of US$ 20 per license. The leasing contract includes hosting, support and updates. The fees are prepaid in advance for the entire contract period. Leasing contracts renew automatically. The notice period for cancellation is one month before the end of the contract period.
